How it works
Every 10 seconds difference between actual and target First Crack = 0.5 power curve adjustment. If your First Crack is early, reduce the profile. If it is late, increase it.

Fan Priority
Fan Priority is a feature in the Link system that allows you to shape the stylistic flavour expression of any roast without editing the roast plan, power curve, or DTR targets. It operates as an additional airflow control layer. Once your roast plan and power curve have been determined, Fan Priority lets you decide how air moves through the drum over the course of that roast — toward more acidity and clarity, toward balance and harmony, or toward a fuller and sweeter body. The roast plan remains identical. Only the movement of air through the drum changes. When enabled, a Fan Priority selector appears in both New Sample Entry and Manual Profile Mode.
Advanced Roast Details
Advanced roast details allow the batch size you are roasting to be considered in the power curve recommendation suggestion.
